This page describes the basic principles for handling user data in FOCUS. Before a public commercial launch, the legal text and actual retention periods should be aligned with the deployed infrastructure and applicable law.
Data the service needs
Account registration data and task content entered by the user are used to provide the service.
Use of AI
When a user invokes AI processing, the necessary text is sent to the model provider selected by the service owner to process the request. See “How AI is used” for more details.
Important
Do not put passwords, payment-card details, or other secrets that are not needed for planning into tasks.
